Curious People

Are you between 6 and 120 years old and curious to try the Alexander Technique?

Then you've come to the right place.

Because we aren’t born with a user manual, yet we use our bodies all the time, everyone can benefit from an Alexander Technique lesson.

Are you a painter, a social worker, a physiotherapist, a cleaner, a grandparent, an amateur musician, a sportsperson, or simply someone curious about moving with greater ease and freedom?

Whatever your occupation or background may be, I am sure we can find something meaningful to work on together.

Kids

F. M. Alexander worked with children at "The Little School", applying the principles he discovered in a practical educational setting.

Today, there are an increasing number of programmes that teach the Alexander Technique in a playful and age-appropriate way to children of different ages.

From around the age of six, I believe it is valuable to introduce elements of the Alexander Technique into children's education. I would be delighted to teach Alexander Technique in schools or lead workshops for groups of children.

This June, together with my colleagues, I led a highly successful 75-minute workshop for children aged 6–11 in Basel.

Please contact me for more information.

Learning the Alexander Technique in a group can be a very enriching experience and a lot of fun. This is how I learned it myself.

The Alexander Technique can support you in surprising places — including your own environment.

Pregnancy, birth and parenting bring enormous physical and emotional changes.

Daily activities can involve a great deal of strain and unnecessary effort.

What if performing could feel easier?

The way we think and move plays an important role in making things either easier or more difficult for ourselves.

You are sitting in front of the computer, feeling tension in your lower back and tightness in your neck.

You glance at the clock again — when is the lunch break?
